✨ Open app, for every app you have installed

• Sir Word-a-lot offered no way to open it. Airlift looked for the program under the app's display name, and Sir Word-a-lot.exe is not what the app installs, so the button was simply never drawn.
• Airlift now looks for the program under the app's name, then the project it is built from, and finally the icon recorded by its uninstaller when that points at a program inside the installation. Nothing outside the installed folder is ever opened.
• Every other app was unaffected only by luck: Windows matches file names without regard to case.

✨ See repo

• Manage now carries See repo, which opens the app's GitHub repository, beside Open app. It is there for every app, installed or not.
