🐛 Fix: format document looked like it did nothing

The formatter hard-wraps the markdown source to the configured width — but
in preview mode, markdown reflows a wrapped paragraph back into one flowing
block, so it appeared to do nothing. (The wrapping was real all along; it just
wasn't visible in the rendered view.)

Now format document switches to edit mode after running, where the wrapped
lines are actually visible, and reports the result (e.g. formatted to 80 cols (3 lines)).

✨ New plugin API

• descry.set_edit_mode([on]) — switch to edit mode (no arg / true) or
  preview (false). Useful after a whole-buffer rewrite whose effect only
  shows in the source.
