dsh-atn 0.4.1 synchronizes the current source, experiment tooling and study records with GitHub, and includes the rewritten README with only the current-version references updated to 0.4.1.
Changes in this patch:
- Preserve the rewritten README; synchronize only its version badge and two installation examples to 0.4.1.
- Add five-arm comparison and simplification-study tooling, reference data, statistics and reports.
- Improve evidence provenance audits and cover asynchronous preset store initialization in integration tests.
- Keep the production runtime and six-tool interface from npm 0.4.0.
For users upgrading from GitHub v0.3.2, the 0.4.x tool migration is included: atn_rewire becomes atn_status(rewire={peers}), atn_feedback becomes atn_status(review={...}), and atn_publish becomes atn_board(action="publish", ...). Board writes require key and expectedRevision; publication also requires body.
Validation: typecheck, 455 runtime/integration tests, 8 UI tests, production build, package-content verification and a real isolated DSH profile installation all passed. The published package contains 98 files. Every packaged file matches the verified local bytes. README content changes are limited to those three authorized version references.
The research reports retain their stated uncertainty and do not claim a causal performance benefit.
