Breaking release for local EMP2D support.

  • EMP2D.Inputs has changed entries and order
  • EMP2D.Source has removed an entry
  • A moving average is now applied to electron density (and ion density) profile with 5 point window
  • A monotonic spline interpolation is applied to electron density and collision frequency profiles of TableInput (from a linear interpolation)
  • Windows machines are supported (.bat file instead of .sh file) for Local ComputeJobs
