Changes

• feat(mjpeg): serve the stream from the camera-side encoder
• fix(picamera2): base publisher liveness on real encoder state
• feat(mjpeg): let the frame source follow client demand
• feat(rtsp): size the H264 encode stream by hardware tier instead of 640x360
• fix(picamera2): stop only the H264 encoder when RTSP recording ends
• feat(config): expose the RTSP hardware encoder choice as a setting
• perf(rtsp): use the V4L2 hardware H.264 encoder when ffmpeg offers it
• perf(mjpeg): pause the capture loop while no client is connected

Installation

Existing installations can update through the protected BambuCam WebUI.

complete installer bundle, and installer script.
