Improvements

• Android / Termux support: a native linux-bionic-arm64 build (ft-linux-bionic-arm64) that runs directly in Termux, including the S3, WebDAV and Dropbox backends.
• --isolated-io replaces --isolated-reads (the old flag still works). It isolates writes as well as reads, which makes Windows usable as an sshfs server.
• Transport auto-detection now probes the share directory rather than the tunnel file, so a file held open by the peer no longer causes the wrong mode to be chosen.
