npm@latest resolved to 12.x, which requires Node >=22.22.2 while the job
pins Node 20 — the OIDC-enabling step failed with EBADENGINE before any
publish step ran, taking the v0.2.0 tag push down with it. Same fix already
applied to motion-mcp.
