Fixed

scripts/trigger-eod-report.sh could not be run directly. It shipped without the
executable bit since v1.0.0, so ./scripts/trigger-eod-report.sh failed with "Permission
denied"; it worked only when invoked as bash scripts/trigger-eod-report.sh
