Release notes:

  • downloadable now includes a readme.txt file with info on cli-commands (pulled from docs/cli-commands.md)
  • internal example commands now properly use nodevin.exe on windows builds
  • add nodevin list command, which lists all startable chains
  • add ord and ord-litecoin as runnables without a chain (although this requires a unique configuration to function properly, as no node is attached by default. The default to run ord remains nodevin start bitcoin --ord and nodevin start litecoin --ord-litecoin)
  • lots of repo documentation updates

(Note, v0.0.4 was skipped due to a Github Actions bug)
