0.1.8
AI Juggler 0.1.8 lets you move any session to another account or tool, even one that's still open in its app, and gets limits, sizes and prices right.
Improved
- Continue any session on another account or tool. A session open in the Claude app, in ChatGPT's Codex or in a terminal now offers every signed-in profile of every tool, with Codex next to Claude and the other way round. One click opens the switch screen and its checks. The original stays open in its app, untouched: AI Juggler only reads its conversation and continues it as a new session.
- Claude's weekly limit. An account whose only weekly limit is on one model now shows it, for example "This week · Fable only", instead of saying it has no weekly limit.
- The Codex app on This Mac. Codex running in the ChatGPT app has its own group, with its processes, next to the Claude app's. A
claudeyou started in a terminal is listed too. - Prices and details. The sheet now leads with what your usage would cost at list prices and what you pay. Sessions are named by their title and project, a session's models on one day share one row, and the table fits without scrolling sideways.
- Sizes read the way your Mac reads them. Files and disks are counted as Finder counts them, and memory as macOS does, so a 96 GB Mac reads 96 GB.
Fixed
- Sessions that ended stayed "running". For sessions AI Juggler runs, an ended session wasn't recorded once AI Juggler had been quiet for a moment, so it wasn't restarted after a crash and you weren't told it finished. It's recorded every time now.
- Background updates could stop. One error could stop This Mac's figures, the cards and other live updates until AI Juggler restarted. Each update now carries on.
- The Prices total. It showed one model's cost for one day, and nothing at all once any model had no list price. It now adds up every priced model and names the ones it leaves out.
- Counts like "1000k". A count just under a million now reads 1.0M.
- Old prices are flagged. The warning that the price table is over 30 days old can now show.
- The replay's lineage. It names the tool, "Claude Code", instead of its id.
0.1.7
Nightly build from the latest code, 2026-10-26. Expect rough edges.
No user-facing changes since the last nightly build.
0.1.6
AI Juggler 0.1.6 lets you watch and handle your sessions without leaving it, measures every Claude account's limits, and makes every screen bigger, clearer and more visual.
New
- Dashboards. Usage, each project, each profile and each account now show headline numbers with trends, usage over time by account, profile, tool, model or project, pie charts, limit meters with their reset times and history, and an activity heatmap. Pick 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days, or everything. Each chart can also be shown as a table.
- Real app icons. Every row, tile and header shows the app's own icon as it's installed on your Mac, with the profile as a small dot beside it. No icon is copied or sent anywhere.
- Claude limits for every account. AI Juggler now reads the Claude app's own limit readings, the limit hits Claude Code records and Claude Code's last /usage result. When a profile's reading is old and the profile is in use, it runs Claude Code's own /usage check there, at most every 15 minutes; no message goes to Claude. Each reading says where it came from and how old it is, and a 5-hour reading from before its window reset shows as history. Each profile's page can turn the check off.
- A real conversation on the session page. Up to 30 turns, newest at the bottom, with your turns on the right and the agent's on the left, formatted text and code, the commands it ran folded into one line, and "Show earlier" for more. It follows a working session live, and when a session asks you something, the question sits in a card at the bottom.
Improved
- Everything opens here first. A click on any item in the left list opens its page in AI Juggler: a session, its project, a profile or the "Also" list. ↗ or ⌘↩ goes to the app itself.
- Go to it brings the window forward. It now hands focus over the way macOS expects, checks that the app really came to the front, and says so plainly when macOS didn't.
- Readable everywhere. Larger text throughout (nothing under 12 px), clearer secondary text, one page layout that uses wide windows well, one set of status words, and plain language in place of jargon.
- Usage in the top bar. The top bar now reads Home, Accounts, Usage, History and Settings; Privacy lives in Settings, and the tool page is part of Settings › Accounts.
- History by day. Sessions are grouped under Today, Yesterday and earlier dates, with filters for project and profile, and an untitled session is named by what you last asked it.
- This Mac explains memory pressure. It shows the whole Mac's memory (AI tools, other apps, what macOS keeps compressed and what's free), names the other apps using the most, and says what memory pressure means.
- Fast with many sessions. Pages show something at once and long lists load a page at a time, so AI Juggler stays quick with hundreds of sessions.
Fixed
- The spinning wheel. Opening a session or project page could freeze AI Juggler for seconds. All of its work now runs off the window's thread.
- Session page. The page no longer reloads by itself, and its Overview and Usage tabs no longer blink in and out.
- Codex status and titles. A Codex thread that is working shows Working instead of Idle, and a block the app inserts is never used as its title.
- Menus. A row's menu opens at the pointer, not further down the window.
0.1.5
Nightly build from the latest code, 2026-10-25. Expect rough edges.
No user-facing changes since the last nightly build.
0.1.4
AI Juggler 0.1.4 fixes updates that stopped before they started.
Fixed
- Updating. An update could stop with "Couldn't make the backup … something that looks like a secret" when a project's name only contained a word like "task-…" or "desk-…". Words like these no longer count as keys, and the backup made before an update, which stays on your Mac, no longer stops an update at all.
Known issues
- Updating from 0.1.1 or 0.1.2. Those versions still check the old way before they update, so if yours stops with that message, download 0.1.4 from the releases page and drag it into Applications once. Updates work from then on.
0.1.3
AI Juggler 0.1.3 shows what is open on your Mac first, in the app and profile each session runs in, with one click to get there.
New
- What's open, where. The rail and Home now list the sessions that are really running, grouped by the app and profile they run in: each Claude app profile, the Codex app, your terminals, and AI Juggler itself. Sessions that ended, sessions an app lists but isn't running, and background runs fold into one line at the bottom, "Also: …", which shows them with a click.
- Go to it. Click or press Return on a session and AI Juggler brings its app and profile to the front, and says what it did. Codex threads open in the Codex app.
- Needs you first. A session asking you something, a limit reached, a sign-in, a busy Mac: everything waiting on you is one list at the top, each with its own button.
- Last messages. A session's page shows its last few messages, read from its transcript when you open it, with secrets taken out. Nothing is kept. You can turn this off in Settings › Desktop apps.
- View. One button (or ⇧V) groups the rail by place, project or account, and shows ended, inactive or background sessions when you want them.
- Accounts and profiles. An account is a subscription; a profile is a setup an app runs on. The Accounts page shows each account once, with its profiles beneath.
Improved
- Menus. Every menu has icons, puts getting there first and stopping last, and says why something can't be done right now. Right-click opens the same menu.
- Settings. Settings is a list of panes with sections, and every setting kept its place in one of them.
- Keys. ⌘1–⌘9 go to the places in the rail; Home is ⌘0, Accounts ⌘⇧A, Usage ⌘⇧U and Fleet ⌘⇧F. The key that opens AI Juggler from anywhere has no default; choose one in Settings › Desktop apps.
Fixed
- Reading less. AI Juggler no longer reads the environment of other programs to tell which profile a session uses. It reads the apps' own session files instead.
- The right profile. Bringing the Claude app forward picks the right profile when several are open.
- Pinned sessions. A pinned session that had ended no longer disappears from the rail.
- 200 % zoom. A session's page scrolls as a whole when the window is small, so nothing is cut off.
0.1.2
AI Juggler 0.1.2 keeps its window responsive while many sessions are working.
Fixed
- The spinning wheel. With several sessions running, the window could stop answering for moments at a time: every change in a session made it read its lists again on the window's own thread, including a sign-in check per account. Those reads now run in the background, a burst of changes reads them once, and the sign-in check is remembered for a short while.
- Large token counts. A busy account's tokens read "10329M tokens used"; they now read "10.3B".
0.1.1
AI Juggler 0.1.1 is the first 0.1 release you can update to: it shows every session on your Mac, wherever you started it, and carries a conversation to another account or tool when one runs low.
New
- Every session, wherever you started it. Sessions you started in a terminal or the Claude app show under their projects, live or ended, and Continue in AI Juggler picks one up.
- Switch a conversation. When an account runs low, move the conversation to another account or to Codex. The switch screen says first what carries over and what doesn't, and offers the MCP servers and skills the other account lacks.
- This Mac. A page of what your AI tools use on this Mac: memory, CPU, swap and each app's windows, with one alert when memory runs short.
- Monthly caps. Set a spending cap for an account or a project; AI Juggler warns at 80 % and 100 % in Needs you, and never stops a session.
- Search the words of every session. Off by default. Settings › Privacy says how big its index would be before you turn it on, and turning it off deletes it.
- Keep work going. Sessions that crash can restart, the Mac stays awake while sessions work, and AI Juggler can open at login and come back after a crash.
- Coming from another tool. Projects and settings from Claude Squad and Vibe Kanban come in when you add your accounts.
- Rules and MCP servers across tools. Compare a project's rules and servers between tools and accounts, with a diff before anything changes, and undo.
- Manage accounts, sessions and projects. Rename, remove and set a default account; rename and pin sessions; forget or move projects.
- Fleet (beta). Start a session on another Mac you paired, and see usage per Mac.
Improved
- One kind of page. Accounts, projects, sessions and conversations open the same way, with keys for everything (press ? for the list).
- Starts faster. AI Juggler loads only what the first window shows, and the rest as you go.
- Big transcripts. A transcript of any size is read a line at a time, so a Mac with very large sessions keeps its memory.
- Plain words. Every screen says what it does in plain words, and the Privacy page says what AI Juggler reads, changes and sends.
Fixed
- Updating to 0.1. Updating from 0.0.x to 0.1.0 stopped with "The download didn't pass the signature check". 0.1.0's package was signed without its version, which AI Juggler requires; 0.1.1 is signed with it, and every release is now checked for it before it's published.
- Codex: subagents and reviews. Codex's subagents and automatic reviews no longer show as conversations of their own; their usage still counts.
- This Mac's memory. Memory used now matches Activity Monitor.
- First run. When looking for your setups fails, first run says so and offers Try again, instead of saying none were found.
Known issues
- Claude limits. A Claude account shows how much is left only once a session started in AI Juggler has reported it. Until then it says "Not measured yet", with the tokens used.
- Some prices are missing. Codex's automatic reviews and some older models say "No price yet".
- Fleet has been checked with two copies of AI Juggler on one Mac, not yet on two Macs.
- Going back to 0.0.17 or earlier from 0.1. 0.1 updates AI Juggler's own data. The copy it keeps on the way makes going back possible: Settings › About & updates › Go back to an earlier version. Your Claude and Codex folders aren't affected either way.

0.0.17
Nightly build from the latest code, 2026-10-22. Expect rough edges.

- No question is asked while Link goes off; "nothing was sent" when nothing was
- Link off means off: lifecycle, peer effects, outbound work, the port, unfinished pairings (batch 7)
