fix: prebuilt extractor dies without a project path (AI-assisted) Running the published binaries outside a repository clone failed with a dead-end "Could not setup project path!" - the tools locate their data folders by walking up from the executable path, so a binary unpacked anywhere else cannot find the repo. - README.md and the in-archive README.txt now include --proj-path . for prebuilt usage, with the copy-into-the-clone alternative documented - extractor/goalc/build_actor/build_level: drop the redundant error line, the single remaining message in FileUtil now says exactly how to fix it - --proj-path help text no longer implies only a data/ folder is valid - CI smoke test reproduces the prebuilt scenario and fails unless project-path setup succeeds, so a --help-only smoke test cannot hide this again Co-authored-by: Copilot <175728472+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
