Feature: Add open in new tab back for recycle bin items

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

I used this to get around Windows pretending files don't exist and not letting me restore them. I could use Files to open them in a new tab to get the actual item and use Terracopy to bypass Windows file transfer

Turns out Files doesn't show shell items to access Terracopy and at some point Windows File Explorer make it no longer possible open it as a normal folder.
