Description

Files uses an outdated version of 7-zip and the dependency should be updated

Concerned code

src/Files.App/7z.dll
src/Files.App/7z64.dll
src/Files.App/7zArm64.dll

Gains

• improved code for ZIP, CPIO, RAR, UFD, QCOW, Compound.
• the bug was fixed: 7-Zip could not correctly extract TAR archives containing sparse files.
• some bugs were fixed.

Requirements

• Replace all three dlls with their latest version

@yair100 You can download the exe for each arch and extract the payload using 7zFM.
