rewrite into dotnet 8

This rewrite adds support for Linux and maybe, in the future, for MacOS.
If you are running older Windows and you have issues running this build, try dotnet framework version.

Stability update

This version does the same as the previous one, but is much more stable. If a connection is rejected or terminated, the client will not terminate or crash, but will try to reconnect.

First working pre-release

Client can connect to server and show uptime. Everything else is zero or false.
