This release has signed and notarized macOS builds. Windows and Linux builds are unsigned.
Install Workbench alongside official T3 Code. It uses separate saved data. Windows and Linux AppImage builds check published Workbench releases automatically; choose when to download and restart. Signed macOS builds also support updates; unsigned macOS builds require manual downloads. Existing unsigned macOS installations and version 0.0.1 need a manual upgrade to this release to enable updates.
Windows may show an unknown-publisher or SmartScreen warning; device policies can block unsigned apps. On Linux, make the AppImage executable.
See Apple installation guidance and Windows signing guidance.

Highlights
Sidebar
- Workbench sidebar rows match native rows. Rows are as tall as native sidebar rows and transparent until you hover them or open them. A Ticket's PR and attention icons sit at the end of the row. (#160)
- Rows stay where they are. Tickets and Threads no longer jump to the top when they need attention and back when you open them. Attention still shows as badges and in the attention filter. (#160)
- The sidebar finds your place. When your current row is out of view after you create a Thread, switch filters or navigate from elsewhere, the sidebar scrolls it to the middle and pulses it once. Rows you pick in the sidebar don't pulse. Reduced motion turns the pulse off. (#160)
Fixes
- Jira sign-in on desktop works again with your own Atlassian credentials. The OAuth callback route had been dropped in an earlier upstream sync. Broker sign-in was unaffected. (#146)
- Uncertain Jira creates no longer get stuck. If Workbench can't confirm that Jira created a Ticket or Epic, you can mark it "not created" or link it to the issue that was created. Before, the Workspace could not be archived or deleted. (#147)
- Planning no longer asks for approval. Ticket planning turns send approval requests to the provider's auto reviewer and keep their read-only limits. (#148)
- Archived and deleted Threads have a way back. An archived Thread shows as archived, with "Restore and open". A deleted Thread shows as deleted instead of looking unassigned. Epics can now be archived and restored. (#149)
- Workbench respects your permissions. Controls you aren't allowed to use are turned off. Planning Threads no longer show up in the PR Thread picker. An error inside Workbench no longer breaks the rest of the app. (#152)
- Long-running work recovers on its own. Jira calls time out instead of hanging. Ticket execution restarts after a failure. Workspace preparation finishes if you disconnect partway through. Draft edits lock per draft. (#153)
- Board layout and accessibility. The Board fits its container. Fixed light-mode contrast, keyboard focus order, headings and labels. "Todo" is now "To Do" everywhere. (#155)
Performance
- Background reads don't wait for the database writer, so polling no longer slows Thread activity. (#151)
- Background Jira sync no longer delays your commands. Snapshots are smaller, and archived Ticket content loads when you open it. (#154)
Maintenance
- Synced T3 Code upstream through
6a6ebb2(409 commits), including the React Compiler for web. Workbench code drops manual memoization to match. iOS keeps the Workbench segmented control with its accessible labels instead of upstream's native one. (#159) - Upstream sync publishes reliably and runs the full test gate. (#145)
- CI reports when a PR grows our changes to upstream T3 files. (#157)
- Removed low-value tests, added a missing regression test, pinned third-party GitHub Actions, and fixed a stale live-test selector. (#156)
- Moved the Claude planning research policy out of the upstream Claude adapter, which cut our patch to that file from +174/−8 lines to +61/−4. (#158)
