Model weights

Trained model weights and MediaPipe hand landmarker for the NGT fingerspelling app.

Place files in the models/ directory:

• static_best_model.pth → models/static/best_model.pth
• static_label_encoder.pkl → models/static/label_encoder.pkl
• dynamic_best_model.pth → models/dynamic/best_model.pth
• dynamic_classes.npy → models/dynamic/classes.npy
• hand_landmarker.task → models/hand_landmarker.task
