Sync module.json ui_hierarchy with DSP 4-page layout

The module.json had a stale flat single-page layout while the DSP's
get_param("ui_hierarchy") correctly returned the 4-page layout
(Granular, Randomize, Sync, Advanced). This caused the Module Store
install to miss the Sync and Advanced pages.

Now module.json matches the DSP hierarchy exactly:
- Root: 8 knobs with 4 navigable sub-levels
- Granular: density, size, position, pitch, feedback, wet, pan_width, freeze, envelope, drift
- Randomize: rdm_size, rdm_delay, rdm_pitch, reverse, rdm_vol, chance
- Sync: sync, division, rhythm
- Advanced: gain, dry, mute, voice_count

Version bump to 0.2.0.
