Add knob display names and fix install permissions

- Implement knob_N_name/knob_N_value in get_param so the shift+knob
  overlay shows parameter names (e.g. "Density 0.52") instead of
  generic labels
- Track current page to map knobs to correct params per page
- Fix install.sh: use chown ableton:users instead of chmod to prevent
  Module Store extract failures on reinstall
- Version bump to 0.2.5
