fix: in-place restart re-executed the old binary after update

os.Executable() on Linux resolves /proc/self/exe at call time, which
follows the renamed inode: after the updater renames the running binary
to *.backup, restart and update targeting re-executed the OLD version.
Use the binary path recorded at startup instead.
