- Fix StderrBroadcaster.subscribe() to replay buffered lines; route processLogs() directly through the broadcaster so late subscribers reliably receive the codex startup banner
- Add LocalServerOptions.codexHome (auto-creates the directory), extraConfig (forwarded as -c key=value), and extraArguments
- Add InitializeResponse.codexVersion computed property and JSONAny construction extension (.bool/.string/.int/.double/.array/.object/.null) so the per-thread config escape hatch is actually usable from Swift
- Add String.strippingAnsiEscapes for cleaning RUST_LOG=info output
- Document sandbox-controls-approvals, gpt-5.x unified-exec rejecting all approvals upstream, RUST_LOG=info for runtime tracing, ephemeral defaults to persistent, subscribe-before-trigger race for events / approvals + streamTurn pairing, and that VersionPolicy.exact is the right default for .localManaged()
