feat: add sensor platform with 11 statistics sensors (v1.1.0)

Adds a sensor platform exposing update statistics as HA entities:
- Pending Updates (total + per-type breakdown as attributes)
- Oldest Pending Update
- Days Since Last Install (the "accident counter")
- Last Installed
- Updates Released This Week
- Major Version Updates Pending
- History Log Size
- Total Installs
- Avg Days Release to Install
- Longest Gap Without Update
- Most Updated Integration

All sensors are grouped under a single AUM device. The coordinator
now triggers a refresh after each recorded install so sensors update
promptly without waiting for the 30-minute polling interval.
