Bug fix

  • Fix 404 release links caused by wrong tag format (e.g. 24.0.0 instead of v24.0.0).

The coordinator now caches the confirmed release URL (exact tag from GitHub) alongside the release date. On the first coordinator cycle after upgrading, a one-time catch-up lookup finds and stores the correct tag format for all add-ons. Subsequent cycles use the cached URL directly with no extra network calls.
