Prebuilt aarch64 Release vpkg of the Amazon Vega Video Sample App (AmazonAppDev/vega-video-sample, tag v0.22.1), used by vvd-navigation-test.yml to install the app on the VVD in CI without a full Shaka/npm build. MIT-0 licensed. To bump: rebuild and re-upload with gh release upload --clobber.
