CDM - event - common - func - Creation of an Agreement Event to support the capture of legal agreement changes

Background

To support the capture and processing of amendments to legal documents the event model has been updated to support an Agreement Event, which will allow changes to parties and contractual terms to be captured and applied to an existing record.

What is being released?

A new Agreement Event has been created that will support the capture of amendments to the terms of CSA legal agreement. As terms differ across the different types of Credit Support Annex versions multiple primitive instruction have been defined to ensure only terms applicable to the agreement type can be captured. Additionally changes have been made to the legal documentation area to capture the purpose of the amendment, and the amendment date and execution date. This has been requested by members to operate alongside the existing capture of digitised terms for a new CSA legal Agreement.
