Prebuilt MCK backend handoff

Pinned source: 477e3ce7d86ad447c85fc2bfcb64832b387a4be7. All six native platforms passed published-artifact offline acceptance. Archive and extracted-executable SHA-256 values, exact kit/schema/profile pins, declared runtimes and explicit private-backend download/vendor/run/check commands are in the receipt.

Actual MoonBit JS/native Workbench draft.29 adapters passed 32 cases each on macOS ARM64, including independent report checks, five altered-report refusals, one-MiB originals and frame-boundary controls. Separate current-IR qualification used the pinned TypeScript adapter: 992 records, 834 passes, 158 declared capability skips. The six-platform IR replay uses its separately pinned historical corpus. The receipt states these scopes and the bounded authenticated-host evidence separately.

Use an explicit private backend path through MORPHIR_MCK_BIN and the pinned draft.29 data through MORPHIR_WORKBENCH_KIT; both primary CLI and backend are named morphir. MCK execution and independent checking need no Cargo/rustc. MoonBit's broader headless workflow still has separate host adoption and unpublished ui_artifact_process fixture dependencies.
