OpenAbi 1.1.0: abi got some upgrades 🥸

New

  • Quick setup: OpenAbi finds VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, VSCodium, Sublime Text, Nova, Terminal, iTerm, Ghostty and Warp on your Mac. Click Add All to Folders and you're done.
  • Finder toolbar button: add the mustache with View ▸ Customize Toolbar… and open the current folder in any of your apps.
  • Optional submenu: group your apps under a single OpenAbi ▸ item.
  • Automatic updates (powered by Sparkle): no more downloading new versions by hand. When an update is out you'll see Update OpenAbi… right in Finder's right‑click menu.
  • Homebrew: brew tap firatmelih/openabi https://github.com/firatmelih/OpenAbi && brew install --cask openabi

Improved

  • Cleaner menu items: Open in Visual Studio Code instead of "Visual Studio Code — OpenAbi".

Install

Download OpenAbi.dmg below, drag OpenAbi into Applications, and launch it once.

Coming from 1.0? Download this version once. From now on, OpenAbi updates itself.
