Summary:
- consume the pending CLI changesets and bump the public package
- document the required cross-platform invite-cohort config migration

Rationale:
- publish the matching v2 runner before the server-only cutover
- preserve machine identity while removing the retired listener.json path

Validation:
- pnpm vp check (0 errors, existing warnings)
- two independent release reviews passed
