Docs-only release: the README got the full /awesome-readme treatment — hero banner, 7 live badges, killer section with receipts, mermaid pipeline, linked full-contents map (every anchor verified against GitHub's rendered ids), star CTA in the book's own voice. The book itself is untouched, per its append-only law. Every element passed the live verification battery (banner content-type, badges, anchors, links, CI green).

First release: the book (16,038 words — prologue, 14 chapters, epilogue, META self-audit, Second Printing errata), the fable_mind Claude Code skill (alias /fable) with 29 machine-verified line references, promptless backup-first installer, CI proving the references on ubuntu + macos.
