Firefly Agent Bridge v0.2.10
Process cleanup now distinguishes a bounded transient permission error from an unconfirmed shutdown. After the coding-agent executable closes, the bridge retains its final process-group signal and can briefly observe an EPERM-only history. Cleanup is acknowledged only when the operating system confirms the group is absent. Persistent or unexpected errors remain cleanup faults and cannot establish success or cancellation; an existing pause stays paused.
Cleanup diagnostics use fixed phases and allowlisted error codes. Parsing the last output cannot leave an escalation timer running after the attempt settles. Linux, macOS and Windows verification covers the native release packages.
The console uses the compact Firefly mark with the Manrope wordmark. This version refreshes all 138 walkthrough screenshots, plugin manifests, installation examples and package metadata. The source and native packages embed the same brand assets.
Start with installation, follow the guided console walkthrough, or read the architecture.
The bridge is intended for local development and testing. Review provider terms and the deployment guidance before connecting applications. Production use is discouraged because provider subscription terms, security and performance may make it unsuitable; use supported provider APIs for production workloads. Guide screenshots use controlled local fixtures. Real Claude subscription execution and automatic hosted-to-local relay remain separate acceptance work.
This release supersedes the unpublished 0.2.9 attempt. Its tag remains unchanged; the earlier CI signal error did not retain enough detail to establish its operating-system cause.
