[Sources] The indentation of the files is off

It looks like the tree indentation is a bit off, which could come from a variety of places:

1. Remove the blue left margin from Sources tree & fix indentation #5239
2. feat(SourceTree) - JS and React icons for source files #5216

Ah, you are only talking about the third level... I suspect we are prepending the text with a JS icon rather than displaying it in the div before. I need to find a good tree test so that I can work out what is happening.

I am debugging this using http://todomvc.com/examples/dojo/ because it has a reasonably deep tree.

Looking at this image it looks like folders are in the correct positions but files are too far to the right e.g. (index) should be directls above the js folder.

In the future we may consider switching to the arrows provided by core but for consistency in the debugger let's make the CSS change. The debugger arrows are a different size than core and I think they fit the debugger better.
