• Colours follow one rule: your terminal's own green for results that went well (a workspace that is ready, a passed doctor check, an invoice with no variance, a document with nothing flagged for review), its red for those that did not (a failed doctor check, error:, a document that could not be read, a file that was not stored, an invoice above its contract or over the --fail-on-variance threshold), and brand orange for the commands to run next. Only the logo still has a rainbow, and the setup progress bar is plain.
• upload and upload status count a document skipped because the plan's allowance is used up on its own, as "over the allowance", instead of among the skipped ones.
