馃帀 Minor release with improvements 馃帀

Main changes:

  • There are now two ways of stopping the DCS and SRS servers: a normal stop (that gives time for the app to gracefully stop, save files, etc), or a force kill (that immediately kills the process).
  • Restarts are now a bit smarter: if the server is responsive, it uses a normal stop, but if the server is unresponsive, it force kills it.
