Video plates work.

• Fixed: an .mp4 / .mov plate no longer fails at "Proxy" (it is decoded once to a PNG sequence in the shot folder)
• New: file button next to every plate in the project wizard – pick a video or one frame of a sequence
• Clear plate, backlit and depth can be videos too
• The update window shows the release notes as plain text and scrolls
