Banner title (.gfw-consent__title) — was an

getting hammered by theme h2 rules (italic, display serif, huge font-size). Now anchored to #gfw-consent:

Uniform 17px / weight 600 / line-height 1.3
Explicit font-family: inherit kills theme display-font bleed
Explicit font-style: normal, text-transform: none → no more cursive / all-caps surprises
