Is MMORPG Survival profitable to run?

Running a profitable Minecraft server is highly situational. If you have an established audience or fan base, it can be profitable through rank sales and donations. For most people it requires significant investment in advertising with no guarantee of success, as the market is highly competitive. Buying a server setup alone will not guarantee you a player base.

Most plugins don't work / server won't start

You are likely running the wrong Java or Minecraft version. Check the version table in Installing on a Web Host and make sure each is set correctly in your hosting panel.

How do I let other players join when hosting on PC?

You have two options:

Port forwarding — configure your router to forward port 25565 to your PC. See Installing on PC for tutorials.

Playit.gg — no router changes needed. Playit.gg creates a public tunnel to your local server.

What do I do after buying the Installation Addon?

Make ticket on Discord with your hosting panel details. Then either:

• Add OZ as a sub-user on your panel, or
• Share your panel login credentials directly

OZ will handle the full setup from there.
