OneFit Engine 0.9.0

This the first (test) release of the OneFit-Engine (OFE) software package.
This version is based on the fortran version of the Minuit routine of CERN LIB included in the Debian packages.
Future releases will be bases on the source code of Minuit compiled upon the OFE installation and updates.

Download and run ./INSTALL -d --no-git
