This release resets the public branch history at the cleaned 0.14.0 snapshot.

  • Removes internal/private API discovery, auto-forge, domain recipes, and site-specific collection examples.
  • Retains official public APIs, feeds, metadata extraction, generic browser impersonation, and headless-browser rendering.
  • Clarifies dual-use scope and user responsibility in README and DISCLAIMER.
  • Verified: engine tests 14/14, bias check clean, CLI/import smoke checks pass.
