history: every step is reported, so fizzy knows who made it (#57)

pixi called `Host.recordStep` only while something recorded the sprite, so
fizzy never kept who made a pixi step: undo couldn't name an agent's draw,
and `fizzy.undo` answered "the person" for it. Every step is now reported,
with the step on top (`Step.top`); its effect is still encoded only while
recording. Text already works this way.

history: a sprite's history as a line, and going to a step (#49)

Pixi now gives fizzy its history as a line (`historyLine`: each step's id and what it did, how
many are applied, a version that moves with it) and goes to any step on it (`historyGoTo`), so a
sprite gets fizzy's transport (undo and redo as seeks, the line to scrub) and its track can be
exported as a tape. Going to a step undoes or redoes there quietly: one move, not a toast for each
step on the way.

captureDocumentState / restoreDocumentState: a sprite's layers' pixels by layer id, so a demo's
seek restores a sprite in place instead of closing and reopening it. A capture taken while a
drawing is being shown holds it whole. Layers that changed refuse, and the sprite is reopened.
