• New scenario: Flood Season. Amsterdam in peak botnet season: a DDoS flood
  every few days, a third of them in the terabits and growing all year, on
  top of everything else that breaks. Hold 20 floods, 5 of them over 1 Tbps,
  with the city under attack still getting 97% of its traffic. Expect smart
  toasters, sentient fridges and one very determined printer.
• Fixed: when a DDoS attack started while another was still running, the
  first one ending could wipe out the new one early.
