1.0.2 | Local image loading support and fixes

Local image loading support,
WebP support (non animated),
Real image file type checking,
Removed some unnecessary checks,
Renamed "Mesh" to "Material" as that is more accurate,
Added version number to the title of the window

Note: This version of the app has 2 dll files embedded into it, that get extracted from the exe when the app starts.
These DLLs add WebP image support to the app
