Steampipe REST interface.
The Dockerfile (published on docker hub to flaccid/sprest) includes steampipe and sprest.
Note: no upstream image is published for steampipe (https://steampipe.io/docs/faq/overview#where-is-the-dockerfile-or-container-example).
With host shell's aws variables and debug logging:
docker run \
--name sprest \
