Add a "Cut Out / Remove Segment" tool to delete internal horizontal or vertical slices

As I couldn't comment there I started this thread. (Have meanwhile found out it was a browser issue.)

Hi @borgmanJeremy, I'd like to second this feature request and wonder whether there could be a misunderstanding?
Could you please explain what ‘will not fit squarely on your monitor’ means? I just want to make sure I understand.

Btw. ksnip https://github.com/ksnip/ksnip, I'm currently using, also has this feature. Similar to @Edinho367 am sticking with it (despite currently dormant) only because of this feature.

Of course, ultimately it's your decision/choice and I respect that.
