Hey maybe i dont see a option for it but when i want to change the hotkey in Windows most of them are changeable but the major key for the Print Screen is "greyed" out and i cannot change it... I do not have a Print Screen button on my keyboard and i want to change it. i also have removed the default snippet tool shortcut in the default windows settings
The Hotkeys with in the red border, these are the keys i can not change.

2. go to preference
3. look if it is changeable

I updated Win 11 Enterprise to Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631 few days ago and from then on, I can't use printscreen to capture screenshots with Flameshot.

Current version of Flameshot is:

Flameshot v12.1.0 (96c2c82)
Compiled with Qt 5.15.2
winnt: 10.0.22631
windows: 10

To fix, I tried:

1. Toggling ON and OFF the WIN11 keyboard setting for screenshot (in accessibility options), restarting PC
2. Tried option one with Flameshot reinstall and WIN restart
3. Tried rolling back to older Flameshot version
4. all possible combinations of 1, 2 and 3

Nothing helped, so now I am stuck.

Yes, for now you cannot change the keybinding for Windows. This is in the agenda to be added.

Considering that you are on windows, perhaps you can use Autohotkeys to map some other keybinding to print screen.

Thi is duplicate issue as it have been asked before. Please next time search among the open and closed issues, as this would primarily save your time.

This is the universal solution to this problem. You need to re-install flameshot AFTER modifying the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Control Panel > Keyboard > PrintScreenKeyForSnippingEnabled change from 1 to 0.
