v2.0.0-beta.1: refactor(ci): use positive filter for package installation

- Change from --filter=!kafka-crab-js-benchmark to --filter=kafka-crab-js
- Cleaner approach - explicitly install only the main package
- Avoids dependency on benchmark workspace naming
