Install: curl -fsSL https://flash-tex.github.io/flashtex/install.sh | sh, or download FlashTeX.dmg below, drag FlashTeX into Applications, and right-click → Open the first time (the build is ad-hoc signed, not notarized).

Requires macOS 14+ on Apple Silicon.

What's new since v0.1.0

  • Complete app bundle. The preview controller, project files, edit ledger and assistant helpers now ship inside the app. v0.1.0 was missing them, so the workspace sidebar, edit history and Grok assistant didn't work.
  • Latest render pipeline. List geometry follows LaTeX's \list (indent, label placement, spacing), plus \setlist spacing, TeX math spacing, \sqrt rules and size commands.
  • Compiler. HW1 reference document down to 10 diagnostics across 3 pages.
