fix(docs): escape entity tree template placeholders

Summary

• Render Entity Tree template error messages as inline code
• Prevent MDX from evaluating name and field placeholders as JSX expressions
• Apply the fix to both English and Chinese documentation

Verification

• git diff --check
• Verified both local Mintlify pages render all 29 headings
• Verified both pages load without console errors
