Improvement

• Added config to set OCPP charge profile ID and stack level. Set stack level to -1 to use max stack level.
• Refactored SolarChargerEntityType.
• Log actual charging status.
• For OCPP, only adjust charge current when it is in charging state.
• Removed CALLBACK_HA_STARTED once triggered because unsubscribe is already done by HA.
• Removed OCPP set current entity.
• Removed async_load/unload from solar_charge.
