• Reduced debug logging.
• Refactored data models and reorganised directory structure.
• Refactored max_charge_now to avoid pausing during the night and less likely to time-drift reducing charge speed during the day.
• For scheduled night-time charging, always charge at max current without pause.
• For scheduled day-time charging, it is possible to pause and not always charge at max current.
• Added starting state to set variables once per charging session.
