First release as its own distribution, extracted from FlashRT with history.

• Package: flashrt_structures. Every door, executable form and adapter that lived under flash_rt.structures is here unchanged.
• Requires flash-rt 0.2.0 or newer, which ships the structure catalog as flash_rt.catalog (specs, references, host bindings). On an older flash-rt the import fails with a message that says so.
• Kernels arrive from the Hugging Face kernel hub at bind time (pip install "flashrt-structures[hub]").

Qualification: wheel and sdist installed into a clean environment with flash-rt 0.2.0; the CPU test set passes from the installed packages (248 passed, 10 skipped; the two *_gpu tests need a CUDA device and hub access).
