Fix copy property button to handle JSON and special characters

  • Store document index and property key instead of value in data attributes
  • Look up property value from extractedDocuments array when copying
  • Fixes issue where only first curly brace was copied for JSON properties
  • Ensures complete, unmodified property values are copied
  • Now correctly copies full JSON objects, strings with special characters, and all property values
